On entering the store we were able to use hand sanitiser that was supplied. We felt safe and the environment was clean, friendly and inviting. We were not pounced on which we really dislike. We were welcome and greeted by a really lovely lady who was assisting another couple but was still inviting and gave us our pillows and tissue to start browsing. Asad came over and introduced himself was extremley knowledge and helpful. He understood our needs and requirements and was understanding of our budget but also the importance of comfort and quality. We knew what we wanted and he helped us find the right solution, which was easy and uncomplicated. Value for money great, service was excellent and very much looking forward to the safe delivery of our new bed!

A lovely gentleman called Guy assisted me in the Gravesend branch, pulled the item up on a bigger screen for me to view the quality of the product a bit better as this was not available in store. Great knowledge, offered me refreshments and made the whole process so smooth.
