A lovely gentleman called Guy assisted me in the Gravesend branch, pulled the item up on a bigger screen for me to view the quality of the product a bit better as this was not available in store. Great knowledge, offered me refreshments and made the whole process so smooth.

on entering the store we were greeted by Asad, he asked if we needed any assistance, we told him we were looking for a mattress, he asked if we had tried the sleepmatch bed, we hadn't, after a few questions we got on, amazing, from the printout Asad told us what was best for us, he gave us a pillow each to match our sleep position and showed us to beds for our needs, he was very helpful and friendly, we came away very happy not only with a new mattress but a new pillow each too, Asad gave great service and is a real asset to Dreams

Having been to another large Bed shop the previous day and being thoroughly dissatisfied, we chose to visit a Dreams store today. I have to say the staff at the Gravesend store were EXCEPTIONAL. We were greeted as soon as we entered and we were directed to the PPE/hand sanitiser first. We then explained to colleague Asad what our requirements were and he showed us a choice of mattresses and talked through the specifications. His product knowledge was excellent and his willingness to help us shone throughout our visit. We were very happy with the mattress we decided to buy. I hope the staff at this branch get the recognition they deserve, especially during these incredibly difficult times. Everyone has families to look after including these staff members and they did a sterling job today helping our family.
