Amanda at the Gravesend store was so personable and friendly. As I entered she greeted with a smile and made me feel very welcomed (something the rest of her colleagues did not do). I was initially window shopping but her amazing customer service made me buy the bed. She went above and beyond after I had paid and the computer system crashed. She later called to reassure me my order was placed and my delivery secured. Amazing sale rep
