I found the staff to be extremely helpful and the quality and price of the item I purchased was fantastic. The staff member that served us went out of his way to help us and to make sure we were happy with our purchase. This is the second bed we have purchased from the Gravesend store and it will not be the last. Well done team Gravesend!

We had decided on the mattress we wanted before going to the shop and the sales man didn't push us to look at any other mattresses but instead told us the mattress we had chosen was about to be sold as an exdisplay item so gave us a good deal! The sale was very quick and efficient.

The friendliness of the staff and the knowledge of the products. Help with various options of choosing the mattress with the bed/devan, plus headboards and colour options. Plus various deals on offer were discussed. The sales assistant was not pushy to get the sale done.

The salesman Asad was very efficient and knowledgeable.
