Dreams - Gravesend

Friendly staff, and we got exactly what we wanted at about the price we were looking at.

I came in on a friday evening, as a gentleman had posters over the floor (as he was putting them up ready for the weekend) he apologised for the “mess”, which I never took as a mess as he had a job to do. Also, as I was looking for a mattress to go on a top bunk bed I was asked for the size of the bed (small single or standard single) as I wasn’t sure of this the staff were happy for me to go home & measure to check rather than make an order and it be wrong. As I have a year old child, I went back the next morning & the shop was fairly busy, but I still was served with happy & friendly staff and got what I needed and was out of the store very quickly ! :) .. only downside was I have to wait 2 weeks for delivery, but that is not fault of the staff etc.

Very knowledgable sales assistant. Set me up on the Dreams mattress machine which analysed my body type and then showed me mattresses that were soft but also had good deals on. Also explained pillows that would be beneficial but was not pushy.

Our visit was treated in a very friendly and professional manner.

it was nice to walk into the store and be greeted by friendly staff who did not harass me unlike the other shops we had visited that day, Fran was amazing and very helpful she gave us the time to walk around quickly explained what the different colour bands meant and then helped us when we were ready to pick something.

Helpful and answered all questions.

The staff at this Dreams were friendly, well presented, and knowledge in our personal requirements. After visiting other stores with the same request this Dreams stores come out 'trumps'

Staff was very friendly and helpful, was greeted as we entered store. Was looking at TV beds and was shown the display products but also shown alternative products on a screen. Was offered a refreshment whilst we was in store shopping. Very professional experience.

Staff were very helpful, I even got a lovely cup of tea and a little cake.

I was served by the store manager, John. He was very knowledgeable and gave good customer service. All the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I would shop at this store again.
