The clientele were very friendly, polite and very knowledgeable...made us feel very comfortable whilst we were there. My brother recommended The Dreams company for a new mattress, and I must confess, I was not disappointed with the service. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THEM IN THE FUTURE!!! Thankyou sooooo much 😁

I was seen as soon as I entered the store and was shown exactly what I wanted straight away. Making the order was straight forward and quick and delivery was free! Very happy with my experience, having visited 2 other shops previously.

I was greeted upon arrival and offered help and assistance but was not hassled.

From the moment the colleague greeted us at the door, his knowledge of the equipment used to address our needs and product knowledge was exemplary. The offer of refreshments was welcomed and the checkout process was smooth executed. The friendliness of all staff was excellent.

Fran was very welcoming offering us teas and coffees and she assisted us with our purchase making us welcome offering us pillows so they we could try the mattresses. She was not pushy left us to make our own decision but at the same time answering our queries and explaining the makeup and functions of the particular mattress we had chosen. All the products were of high quality and there was a variety of choice. At her suggestion we even had a try of the sleep match bed which told us to choose an entirely different mattress but by then we had already made our decision on what mattress to choose. Would highly recommend the store.
