Very good customer service from Mandy, polite, well presented and knowledgable. We were offered a hot drink and made comfortable. The whole family used the testing bed which gave a good indication on what mattress to purchase.

Mandy in Gravesend store was very friendly and helpful. Have us time to choose and to decide . And was child friendly when my toddler started getting bored . The experience was really good .
