very good service and attitude of staff

We were greeted within 30 seconds of entering the store by John in a friendly and helpful manner. We were guided to the correct sales associate, Guy who got us to try out some fab new technology to help choose the correct mattress for my daughters body type. When done he gave us the best options with different price points. He went through the technical aspects of each mattress explaining what would be beneficial. He was then able to suggest an item that although was being discontinued, would be excellent for us and offer a very good price. He even suggested pillows. We were able to have a drink and a seat with no hard sell.

Mandy was very helpful and knowledgeable. After having a short discussion about what We were looking for she suggested we try the sleep match machine, we were very impressed with it. After Mandy showed us varies divans and mattresses at varies prices, she wasn't pushy with her selling, she gave us time to talk things through. We had only come out to buy dog food and came home after purchasing a new divan and mattress. Highly recommend Gravesend Dreams and especially Mandy.

This is the third time I have visited this store. The manager always makes time to introduce himself and assist you. The staff are always lovely and cannot help customers enough. I cannot fault anything about this store and will continue to shop there in further and would recommend to my family and friends.

We Were very well looked after by Mandy from the Gravesend store from the moment we entered the store. She showed us where the mattresses were for the children's beds and noticed a mattress was in the clearance. She assisted us all the way through to the sale. Her manner was impeccable and friendly, plus her knowledge of the products/service was unquestionable. This is the second time we have used Dreams and have had two great experiences. Thank you
