Very friendly and helpful staff. Was able to try mattress machine which was really helpful. Shown all mattresses in the range advised by staff and all payment options explained. Would definitely use again.

The customer service and product knowledge of Guy who served us in the Gravesend store was extremely positive and enabled us in our decision to purchase the bed base and mattress right for us.

Attended the Gravesend store and John first came over and spoke to me about where to find what i was looking for then handed me over to Mandy who helped me with choosing the right bed and mattress. The mattress was very popular and out of stock therefore would have to wait for a delivery date. Mandy placed in the diary to chase up the mattress and sort a delivery date. John then rang the next day with a delivery date sorted for both bed and mattress which is due to be delivered Monday 9th September I placed order on Sunday 1st September. Highly satisfied with price and quality and how professional and attentive both members of staff were.
