The gentleman listened to everything I was looking for in a new mattress and showed me the best 4 suitable ones which resulted into me buying 1.

The assistant was polite quick and efficient.it was a warm day and she offered me and my daughter a bottle of water would definitely recommend

We had selected the mattress we wanted on line and visited the store to place our order. The staff were pleasant, friendly and polite. There was no stress involved with our purchase.

John was so understanding of my needs and helped me to find exactly the kind of product that I was looking for. He let me use the sleep analyser which was very impressive however I’m not sure it influenced my decision making really. Johns sales technique was just right for me personally as well, just the right amount of encouragement. I enjoyed a nice coffee as well

Michael from the Gravesend branch, gave us a first class service even when we entered the shop the night before at 20:00 hours he spent time with us and listened to our request. Michael also stated the 20 discount will finish tomorrow. We went back today and the service we received from Michael was superb everything was explained to us without rushing even though it was nearly closing time again.

I HAD LOOKED ON LINE TO SEE WHICH GOODS I LIKED. I THEN TELEPHONED THE STORE TO SEE IF THEY HAD THEM ON DISPLAY. WHEN WE CALLED AT THE STORE TO VIEW THE GOODS, IT WAS POINTED OUT WHERE THEY WERE SO WE COULD VIEW THEM. I DON'T FEEL I WAS HASSLED AND WHEN I CAME TO PLACE THE ORDER A MEMBER OF STAFF WAS AVAILABLE AND SORTED ME OUT QUICKLY.
