Michael was extremely helpful without being overly forceful, His knowledge of the products in store was impressive. He made several suggestions that we hadn't thought of and which were very useful when making our decision to purchase. A credit to Dreams!

Amanda was very helpful and her knowledge of the beds were outstanding, nothing was too much and I was shown different types of beds, I was looking for matching bedside tables with USB ports in but unfortunately they don’t do this and was told they would consider it in the next 5 months but that was a little disappointing.
