Dreams - Gravesend

As soon as i was walked into the store i was approached by Michael. He asked if there was anything particular we was after. Which we explained that it was time to replace our old dreams bed and was after a similar bed so he showed us the beds and what added extras we could have. Once we had found the bed we moved on to mattresses where Michael took us to the equipment which selects suitable mattresses for us. He stated would take around 3 minutes and asked if we wanted a drink. Once the system had chosen a selected few. Michael took us around to test all the mattresses that were on the list where he talked through what the different types were and the benefits from each mattress. Once we had chosen the mattress. Michael went through the different types of pillows and duvets avaliable. We then went on to the number crunching and what other added extras i could have. Once the price was accepted and the finance side of it was read out to me by Michael all was accepted and completed

I visited another bed shop where I chose the product I wanted, then for curiosity I went into Dreams, Michael attended to me immediately, he offered to hear our needs, conducted the electronic bed test on both my wife and I, then was pleased to suggest a few options. I refused as I believe we had found what we wanted, Michael indicated he had a perfect solution to our need. So I gave Michael the benefit and truly, he provided us with a perfect solution. Michael had listened to our problem and guided us correctly. That day I had visited 4 bed shops, Dreams was the only shop who offered coffee and wanted to provide a solution and not only a sale, we'll done Michael.

Guy greeted me and helped me find the mattress I was looking for . I left the store as I needed to think about it and he kindly called me to let me know an offer was happening on what I wanted to buy in a few days and he would call me . He did call telling me of the offer which I was very happy with and why I returned to dreams 2 days later and made me purchase with him . He was very informative and friendly and one of the reasons I chose to buy my bed at dreams

Felt comfortable with Michael who gave us all the time we needed to try as many beds as we wanted

Michael and John, welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door. Asked if we needed pointing to something in particular, but not pushy. Offered us coffe and biscuits and helped us try any bed we wanted.

I feel that there is no better way to purchase a product than to have a hands on experience with a knowledgeable, experienced and friendly salesperson. Beats a computer every time.

The person I dealt with was very nice, helped me find something within my budget. This is all I needed!

Amanda was absolutely wonderful and really helped us understand what was the best choice for us and really took our budget into account and helped us find something suitable within that.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely coffee and hot chocolate. Very understanding of my Mum's needs. ( Dementia friendly!)
