As soon as we entered the store we received a very friendly welcome from Guy, the store associate. He wasn't pushy at all, but was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the many products on offer. Guy gave us plenty of time to test as many mattresses as we wanted - some of them twice - and was as patient as can be. He even made us a coffee which was surprisingly delicious! We had actually looked "next door", too; but we liked Guy so much and the service we had received that we came straight back to buy our choice "Silentnight" mattress. We've now been sleeping on it for a week and I cannot stress enough how much bteer we are both sleeping. Our aches and pains have literally, disappeared. Thanks to Guy, his manager and all the staff at Dreams (the delivery was brilliant, too) for making this such an easy and pleasant experience. See you in about 8 years! Shell.

I had been thinking about buying a tempur mattress for some time, and was delighted when a sales assistant called Michael asked if he was able to help me. I explained what I wanted and without any hesitation he was able to guide me through the various types of mattresses available and with the aid of the latest technology it was easy for me to find the best and most comfortable bed for me. I was very impressed with Dreams and will certainly recommend it to other people.

The whole process was completed in 20 minutes to our satisfaction. The assistant was first class in dealing with our requirements.

Good service, John was very helpful from the moment we walked in, listened to us helped us find the correct mattress for us, once we had found the one we liked we let us chat to ourselves, then we was offered coffee or water while we waited which was very nice, all staff where very friendly

John the sale rep in gravesend branch is a true credit to your team, he was friendly, knowledgable and highly attentive and made the whole process an absolute pleasure. It is very rare to get such amazing customer service in this modern day and age and you should be proud that you have a staff member like John who was simply outstanding and is a credit to your company - prices, Interest free credit and delivery times was heads and shoulders above the local competitors

This is our 3rd bed from dreams now and have always been happy and satisfied we our choices and staff have always been good, Guy the sales assistant this time was very good and helped with all our questions.

The lovely gentle man was very welcoming make me a cup of tea to he shows up the best range beds and I went on a machine that checks the right bed for me which was perfect just waiting for it to be delivered which I am so excited for will definitely recommend to friends as it was brilliant
