Greeted by Guy when entered the store. Shown the beds that were of interest to us. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Michael was helpful from the moment we stepped into the Store. He went over and beyond to assist and got the 2 children crayons and paper to colour in while we completed the orders.

We were extremely happy with Guy. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Our bed is available to deliver within a week which is very convenient.

The lady assisting us provided us with a bottle of water since it was a hot day. We were heading outside to think about our choices but got chatting to the advisor as she handed us the bottles. It was her friendliness and warm approach which ended our visit with us buying the bedframe we had seen. Wonderful service and a nice gesture.

We were greeted by Micheal shortly after entering the store. Explaining that we needed a mattress for my son he suggested using the electronic mattress guide (sorry I can’t remember the exact name). My son lay on the mattress while it did it’s magic and gave us the matches suitable for him. As we were after a small double size Michael guided us to the suitable ones after which my son chose the most comfortable for him. The sale was quick and concise and we were offered the exact delivery day I wanted. So all in all an excellent and quick visit.

The customer assistant that attended to us was very professional and helpful. He was really patient and attentive to our requirements. My wife was there a day before and told me how helpful Michael was. Fortunately he was there the following day when we make the order. He was not too focus about sales but he was really interested in our requirements and he has a lot of product knowledge with brilliant recommendation. We will definitely shop here again for our future bedding needs.

Michael and John at Dreams store Gravesend were both excellent at showing me and my boyfriend the variety of mattresses that were on offer and ensured we got the best value for money.

The salesperson took alot of time explaining the range of products and contributed alot of his product knowledge with the various requirements I was looking for. I came several times to the store before making the purchase. I spoke with the same salesperson and each time they were very helpful and patient. The sales experience made me buy the product as I went to other stores to look for a bed but the salesperson at dreams inevitably made me decide to buy from dreams. I had concerns with the Ottoman bed pistons on the storage unit. The salesperson took his time to explain the various differences between product which in the end helped me decide to buy the bed I chose.
