I was pleased with the service in the store I bought the bed for another family member and when it was delivered he was very pleased with the help the man gave him as he had come out of hospital a few days earlier so needed some help which was offered without being asked for Very pleased customer

We were browsing on line for weeks in the search of a bed frame and mattress to replace our son's single bed and had our eyes set on some items from Argos. Before making our final decision, we popped into Dreams to have a look at what the store had on offer. To be honest, I was quite sure that we wouldn't be able to find anything within our budget. When we entered the shop we were almost immediately greeted by John, who understood right away what we were looking for and took his time to show us all the alternatives and answered any questions we had. In the end we decided to buy a bed frame and a fine quality mattress and our purchase turned out to cost £50 less that the Argos items we initially thought about getting. Also, Michael - another sales representative helped us with the Buy now, pay later plan. He was very easy going and friendly. Would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends and will return for future purchases.

This is the third bed and mattress I have bought in the last few years. I return to this store in particular as I have always received excellent customer service. This time I was served by Guy.

came in before this day to enquire and a lovely man called Guy helped us decided on a mattress, I have chronic pain and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the beds, that we came back to order a mattress and then had John aid us in our choice, nothing was too much trouble and we weren't hurried in making our decision , and then we had Michael help with sorting out the payment and delivery. Its a rare find these days to find all the employees so helpful and not rush you into a decision. i will definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family. i will be back when we need another bed.

Francis was very polite and informative. The service she gave us was very good in store. We are waiting delivery and hope this goes as well as our shop experience.

Dreams colleague (fran) was extremely helpful knowledgeable and patient. Giving the feeling I could of been in the store all day to decide and would not have mattered. I Did not feel pressured to buy and given all relevant information. I actually went away and came back a few hours later where she continued with the high service.
