Came back to collect my mattress protector and bought some fantastic bedding at a discontinued price. My previous order was a mattress and I was assisted my Michael

Sales staff were attentive without being pushy, friendly and knowledgable of products, and allowed sufficient time for us to make our final decision.

All staff were very helpful and personable. Not often you get a easy atmosphere in a sales environment. They were doing there job, but made you feel at home. a very pleasant experience. Having said that.....it's not been delivered yet. Amanda was very helpful.

We Received Exceptional Customer Service. The Lady Went Through A Lay Down Machine and took us through all the mattresses that were suitable not just the expensive ones. we was offered drinks and the lady was polite patient and knew what she was talking about. the price was abit higher than other bed shops in that area but due to the high quality of customer service we chose dreams and would always go back there from now on. we was not over pressured and was given time to discuss between ourselves instead of a sales person in your face trying to sell the bed with most commission which is what we expected and received from other bed stores. We went in confused and indecisive and left happy, content and so glad we visited that store.

Michael was very knowledgeable. He knew the products and understood our requirements. We felt completely comfortable with him and there was no pressure to buy.

I was a bit worried about purchasing a new mattress because. I have only had my previous mattress for a few months. it was the very uncomfortable and I ended up with pains in my back and shoulders. As soon as I went into my local Dreams I was put at ease and offered to use a monitor bed that would tell me what mattress would suit my body structure .

John and the team in the Gravesend branch couldn’t have been more helpful. i wasn’t planning on spending £1600 on a mattress but I am delighted I did now. Thank you

Hospitality was exceptional, staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was fantastic. The store was really clean and everything was easy to find, plus the staff helped me to find everything I needed.
