we were in the shop for nearly 2 hours as I just could not make my mind, I tried nearly every bed in the shop but the man that was dealing with me was so kind, he was very patient, gave me time to talk to my husband, he suggested so many alternatives to help me make my mind up, to sum it up this man (wish I knew his name) went more than the extra mile, I think he deserves a medal, cant thank him enough for his help and we had a laugh too, washed down with a cup of coffee, finally placed an order, so thank you so much.

An overall great experience. I have brought from Gravesend previously and that is why I returned. I must say all staff are great. On this occasion I dealt with Fran. She is an excellent representative of your company, with a great depth of product knowledge, great customer service skills and fully understanding our needs was able to point us in the right direction. They even moved a mattress to a solid base for us to try. Top customer service from a great team. Thank you to John, Guy and Fran.

We had full assistance as needed throughout or whole experience of purchasing. We were left to lay on mattresses without feeling pressured and we had assistance straight back if needed. Thank you.

The service was exemplary and we actually purchased the wrong size mattress (our fault!) and this has now been changed for our new mattress to be delivered on the 29th April. Guy was very knowledgable and really helped us in choosing our mattress and was there to help us every step of the way.

We entered the store, had a look around and a sales assistant approached us in a helpful and friendly manner offering assistance. We explained what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble.
