Pleasant knowledgeable lady. Wasn't pushy, just helpful. I wish more sales persons were of this calibre.

Very knowledgeable staff, we used the machine to test which mattress we needed, and were quite surprised by the results. The staff at Gravesend store, John and Guy, were very helpful and not pushy at all, they made us coffee (very nice 2 cups!) and left us alone for ages to just lie on the mattresses and try them out. It's the only way to see if they're comfy. At the price we paid you don't want to make a wrong decision.

A very good all round service polite and friendly staff and a nice cup of coffee to Finnish thank you.

We were made very welcome by the two members of staff that were there on the day we visited, nothing was too much trouble and they both went out of their way to help us get exactly what we wanted, we were even given a cup of coffee which was an added bonus, can't fault the service and would shop there again.

The sales woman was very welcoming, helpful, courteous and showed us to the type of beds we were interested in buying. She also used the new digital mattress technology to then show us the recommended ones. Very pleased with the sales lady's help. Thank you.

This was my first new bed purchase, after being handed beds from family members in the past. I had no idea what type or firmness of mattress I needed, with the help of a lady called Frances she showed me all the various types they have to offer and the their new mattress finder machine which is amazing, She offered me a drink and left me to view the various bed frames too. After laying on the machine for a few minutes it will give you a list of what suits your sleeping pattern and supports you the most. Once I had chosen the mattress I wanted, she kindly sat us down and ran through the ordering process with fast delivery dates to suit me needs ideally within a week and ill have my new bed. Then she took me through payment and confirmation. Overall I am extremley happy with my experience at the Dreams store Gravesend and will be returning in future.

Excellent service, great range and choice, and good prices. So much to choose from and has been over 10yrs since our last bed purchase, so all the advice was very much appreciated
