Dreams - Gravesend

The understanding of my need as a newly separated father and how that was impacting me at that moment. After 15 years of marriage I am setting up again for me and my children. It was so scary but he helped me so much and left a lasting impact. I actually went back there again today for my daughter.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and most helpful. We were offered a drink while we waited for him to enter all the details on the computer. We were very impressed with the way we were looked after and the speed it took to finish the hold process. Thank you!!!

We are highly satisfied with our experience at dreams because the person who help us was excellent and knew what he was talking about, his name is guy and works in the gravesend store. Will be returning to this store again and would recommend to family and friends.

Very good service from Amanda at gravesend she explained the diffarances of the insides of mattresses which helped me make my choice.

Fran served us, she gave us lots of advice on choosing the right mattress and got us to try them all. She was very knowledgeable about all the individual items and understood what we were looking for. She was really friendly and helpful and not at all pushy.

Spoke with Guy who quickly guided us to a mattress which would suit me and my wife.

We received helpful advice as to the type of product and the price but the staff then allowed us the time to browse on or own, no pressure. When we were ready they were very efficient and helpful.

Guy the staff member that we dealt with greeted us but didnt smother us during our visit. That said when we had a query or question he was available and explained the colours used to determine the firmness / make up of mattresses.
