Dreams - Gravesend

2nd bed I have bought at Dreams, both times served by Francis. Her quiet manner and knowledge of the beds was what made the experience pleasant.

Given the right amount of time before approached by a sales assistant. She was understanding and knowledgable about products and our needs. She also took her time and we didn't feel rushed

your sales person ( Fran) answered our questions straight away, assisted us with her knowledge of products available, then allowed us time to consider our choices, we were made to feel at ease and offered a nice cup of hot chocolate. We would normally visit at least two or three stores to consider our options and then compare whats available on the internet, but we made the purchase of our new mattress then and there. many thanks.

On arriving I informed the assistance what I was after. She understood exactly what I want and the price I wanted to pay as it was for a spare room. I like Dreams at Gravesend its clean very friendly and there is no rush they are very good in answering your questions about the products. This was not the first time we had been in there. I just like there honesty, helpfulness and friendliness. I also like the way you send emails out with all the instructions.

The assistant that helped us wasn’t pushy and guided us to exactly what we were looking for. He was very helpful

John helped us choose our new mattress and he was really knowledgable and helpful. He made us feel comfortable throughout our time shopping in the store

The whole process was very efficient and the Assistance we had certainly helped in our choice of the bed and mattress.

We entered the store to look but with no intention of buying yet. Michael was very helpful as he listened to what we were looking for and was able to give advice as the bed we wished to look at is not available instore.

On arrival to Dreams, we were met by a member of staff who directed and advised us onvthe products we were looking for. She gave us time to look around and said she was available to advise if we wanted anything in particular. We called her back to have some products explained and talk us through the differences which she did very well. Sold us the exact products we were after. She was extremely helpful, professional and we all felt at easy. It was a good experience for me and my family.

The assistant didn't follow us around.. greeted us..gave us space and was available when needed. Was professional and approachable
