Very helpful sales assistant!!

The sales team showed us all the beds and explained about the mattress make up. They offered us tea and coffee, I don’t drink this so one of the guys gave me his personal drink of coke, I thought this was really kind. The guys chatted away and were so friendly, all in all great service.

Fran was very helpful and was very aware of my needs and seemed to put me first without compromising the company’s position very professional in her approach

Mandy was very helpful and friendly. Was very happy with the product and also the fact there was 20% off at this time.

Sale meant that I could afford the exact type of bed that i wanted, also that i could afford to have a really good quality mattress that will help with my bad joints. The sales advisor (Fran) was extremly helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Me& my daughter were given lovely hot drinks when ordering and were able to keep changing our mind on what date as we kept forgetting things we had planned, fran did not even mind and was happy to help with what ever we threw at her.

I was welcomed to the store but not hassled, I was left to browse until I needed help, then when I did it was immediately available. I was offered a hot chocolate and at no time did I feel pressured to place an order. I made it clear the bed was for my son and said I would be back if I found something I liked, which I did, so we came back and placed an order. My main requirement was speed of delivery ( another retailer wanted six weeks - way too long ) and also old bed disposal. I said if this was possible then I would not need to visit the other 2 stores near by. Your delivery was around 2 weeks, so I kept my word as no need to shop around anymore. I found all I needed in your store and was cheaper than the first store I went to which lost the order as I was not going to wait six weeks, I felt that was ridiculous. My order was placed very efficiently thank you.
