Even though I wanted a very basic bed, there was still choice, I had already compared prices with competition. Assistance given was helpful, constructive taking time to look at alternative delivery dates for different colours. Explanation of process was clear, with the offer of coffee as well.

We needed a bed for my dad who is in bed a lot and time , so we wanted a bed that would be comfortable . The advisor suggested a bed that wasn’t to expensive but would be suitable . The only thing I wasn’t pleased about and I didn’t find out until the next day after I seen your ad , is that we were entitled to a sleep monitor at no extra cost for buying a mattress . We weren’t told about this at the time .I did enquire at another Dreams when we were out the next day but told that as it wasn’t on the bill we would get it ! This would have helped with my dads sleep pattern when he goes in to Restbite.

The young chap was very friendly and cheerful. He was extremely nice to both the children and made our family feel very welcome. Just because of his fabulous customer service we would keep going back to shop in your store.cant fully remember his name was Michael? His service was absolutely outstanding.Dreams are very lucky to have him working for your company. He could do enough for us. He is representing Dreams in such a professional way. Personally I think he should be thanked by higher bosses and be given a massive well done. Exellent service

Guy was really helpful and gave us time to choose the right bed and mattress. We also got a free drink while placing the order which was a nice touch. We didn’t realise until we got home that we had been charged for 2 pillows that we hadn’t ordered - we should have checked the order document more closely. It didn’t spoil our overall satisfaction with the visit and the customer experience.

The sales person was very patient in trying to resolve s problem encountered when I tried to buy the goods on interest free credit. I was not impressed with Barclays who wanted proof of identity and kept moving the goal post. It was lucky I am able to afford the furniture otherwise you would have lost a sale. I spent a lot of time getting the proof that was needed for Barclays then wanted other information. Your sales rep spent over an hour on.the phone to them. Surely a letter from my solicitor should have been enough proof as well as my driving licence to prove my address was as I had stated. NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH BARCLAYS.
