Michael and John were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time ensuring that we purchased the products that fitted our requirements. Both were extremely friendly and the coffee supplied enhanced our experience even more!

I PURCHASED BEDS 8 YEARS AGO FROM THE SAME DEPARTMENT SO I DECIDED IT WAS TIME I REPLACED THE BEDS WITH THE LATEST STYLE AND MATERIALS AND AFTER TRYING THE BEDS THAT WAS ENOUGH TO ORDER THERE AND THEN. I AM NOW LOOKING FORWARD TO THE DELIVERY OF THE BEDS IN 2 WEEKS TIME AND WITH THE ADDITION OF THE SLEEP DETECTOR MY FUTURE FOR SLEEPING COULD BE A WONDER TO BEHOLD. FINGERS CROSSED.

The sales staff are very helpful and are not pushy, making the whole experience very enjoyable. We bought a mattress a couple of years ago at this store and we had a similar experience back then.

The store manager greeted us and gave us a guide on what they have available in store, as well as the currant offers and discounts available. He also specified end of range deals and thought this was a nice touch as opposed to trying to sell us the most expensive bed. Guy our seller was also very good. His knowledge and guidance was great and gave us time and space to decide on what we wanted.

Fran at the gravesend store went above and beyond to hel0 us choose two beds for our daughters this is the second purchase we've done at the gravesend store and every time we've been we've had the best customer care.

Michael and John were incredibly helpful in the Gravesend Dreams store, very friendly and really helped us in the decision of what to buy and size. Due to us purchasing a new build house we only have measurements of our new bedroom, Michael measured the beds up for us so we could actually see which size bed was for us.
