Dionne that served us was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The technology helped identify suitable mattresses and we were given plenty time to decide.

Easy, stress-free process from start to finish. We were assisted by Alex who listened to our needs, showed a range of suitable products matched to our budget and helped us with our final choice. Customer service was great and felt very comfortable the full time in store. Feel that we got a great deal overall for what we spent.

We were greeted on entering the store by a very friendly member of staff. She listened to what we had to say and took this into consideration when assisting us to decide on what would be the correct purchase for us. She did not pressure us to make any decisions and was obviously very knowledgeable about the items we were interested in. We had trust in what she was saying.

Really happy with our experience at the Uddingston - Birkenshaw store, Lesley was really friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and she allowed us the time we needed to ensure we picked the right mattress for us. There was no sales push, just the facts to help us make our decision. We were meeted & greeted and taken care of every step of the way, and a coffee whilst finalising our order, fantastic :) Thank you Lesley!

Helpfulness of Kathleen, the sales person and also the product

Went lookin for a mattress, tried the sleep machine which told me the mattresses which would suit me, I picked one out of the three the machine said was suitable for my back condition,Kathleen the lady who help me out was lovely in every way,she told me everything I needed to know about each mattress. Delivery was quick too . Lying on my new mattress filling in the feedback.

Walked in the store was greeted by Ashley who helped me right from saying hello to me, in the next half hour she helped me pick a bed a mattress and a bed frame and explained all pros of the items I purchased.
