Alex was very hospitable as soon as we entered the store and spent the time we needed assisting us and sharing his knowledge of the mattresses in the store. He was pleasant and humouress which made the time go by very quickly and definitely reccomended our friends to go speak to him when they visit the store.

My husband and I had visited the store a few weeks back to look for a matress. Dionne who we spoke with was very helpful and let us use the sleepmatch machine to help us decide the best matress for us. We were just looking that day but decided to return again this week and buy the matress and also a matress and bedframe for my daughter Dionne served us again and remembered which matress we had preferred. I thought this was really personal touch.
