The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable and spent time going through the options that would suit me best, due to ongoing back problems I need to make sure I have the right mattress and using the sleep match bed I was able to find out the type of bed I needed, the staff was all very friendly and helpful during the visit.

The service and care and attention we got was first class and it was a very clean store

The colleague Alex who helped me find my mattress was extremely helpful. As soon as we walked in he was there to help and explained everything to me so I understood what I was looking for and why it was suited for me.

The assistant (Dionne) attended promptly, checked special COVID related conditions and helped me to find what I required. Parking was very good. Store was pleasant and tidy.
