Alex the member of staff who served us was very knowledgeable of all products, and we didn’t feel rushed. At the point of sale, Alex took time to explain each stage and ensured we understood everything. We came out of the store feeling we had made a new friend.

We arrived at the store masks on & hand gel on we browsed & were approached by a colleague who explained the practice which we were happy to follow she was very pleasant, & funny made us feel at ease took us over to the tills offered tea/coffee etc lovely touch we were asked if we needed anything else advised about recycle of old bed great idea again the gentlemen who served us was top end - these 2 colleagues a real credit to the organization & gave us a top end experience delivered with a smile already recommended to family/ friends

When we walked in we were takin care of by a male assistant he was brilliant talkd us through everything and made sure we got exactley what we needed and best price too we wont be going anywere else dreams is the one thankyou

Friendly welcome from all staff. I was shopping with my teenage son who is very particular and knows what he does & doesn’t like. Sales staff were very patient and explained the different mattresses and even set him up on the analysis bed which determines the best mattress for you. They were fun & we were even offered a drink. Time was not an issue. Unfortunately the bed frame that he liked wasn’t available for several weeks but it didn’t stop us purchasing the mattress due to the excellent service we received.
