We were under no hard sales pressure Which would have put us off and probably would have left. I’m sure the salesperson‘s name was Caitlin who was extremely helpful but not overbearing. Left us time to think about things but at the same time was there when we needed her to help. Caitlin is definitely an asset to your Company.

The lady (Kathleen) who attended to myself and my wife was very careful, covid wise to ensure that we were well protected during our visit to the premises, we tried several beds and an electrical support mechanism and at all times care was taken with us and Kathleen herself to minimise contact, she cleaned everything we touched . The help towards choosing a bed and a mattress was very good and focussed on our needs.

Kathleen was fantastic, she spoke us through all our options and wasn’t a pushy salesperson. Rather than hard sell to us she instead helped us to buy which can be difficult to do. There is nothing I would change about the service or information we received.
