Kathleen the sales assistant in Dreams gave amazing service, she was very knowledgeable, and listened to our needs when choosing a mattress. She was also very charming and helpful, I suffer from anxiety but Kathleen made the experience a pleasure, we also learnt about the best pillows, mattresses to suit us. Would highly recommend. Xx

We were assisted in our purchase by a highly knowledgeable, patient and friendly young lady called Ashley, also we used the sleepmatch mattress selector which helped us choose our mattress. We were also offered tea, coffee or water several times during our visit and were impressed by the stations with hand sanitizer and the rolls of paper to put on the beds. Well done to all the staff at Birkinshaw store!.
