We are moving house so ourselves we where looking for a new kingsize ottoman bed frame, our 18 year old daughter was looking for a double ottoman bed frame. We where also purchasing a new bed for our son who is 11 we where going to just get him a new ottoman single bed but after the wonderful help from Kathleen at your Birkenshaw Trading estate store. She went above and beyond even getting a tape measure to workout the space in my sons room we decided to go with the same bed frame but in the small double and a new mattress. We had visited the store 2 times over the past 6 weeks before deciding yesterday to go for them now we had our move in date. On the previous visit we all had the Sleepmatch done also walked round and shown beds talked through what we liked and neeeded out of the frame. Would never shop anywhere else for a bed, plus this was our daughters 1st time purchasing her own bed after working all through COVID after college stopped she went to work in asda to help home shopping, after saving her wages she was so pleased to know she was getting a beautiful bed that will last her for years to come. We also purchased the 8 year cover for all. Excellent service.
