Sales assistant most helpful without being pushy.

Sheryl greeted us at the door and helped us from the very start. We used the sleep scanner to get an accurate guide of the mattress we required and Sheryl was able to explain the differences between the top 3.

I was approached by a lovely sale person Ashley who was very professional, helpful and informative. She has offered me to try sleep match to find out what matters would be the best for me, it was a great experience.

Well treated and looked after by Alex.He provided very good advice and guided us through the various products and there benefits.

Ashley was very helpful and patient with us as we tried a number of mattresses identified as appropriate. Her knowledge helped us select the most suitable mattress and bed for our requirements. There was no excessive sales pitch which made us feel comfortable and happy to pirchase.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and made us feel like valued customers. They provided excellent customer service and we left feeling very satisfied with what we had purchased. We were very impressed with the service.

Sales assistant Kathleen was extremely professional, supportive and was very good at explaining the difference between the selected products which made it easier to finalise the order. So as the store manager who was very polite, friendly and cam out to the front of the store to greet us while we walked into the showroom. Extremely high standards of service for a store manager. Offered us coffee at the end of the visit. Made the placement of order very smooth. We were very pleased to deal with both store manager and the sales assistant.

Alex was very helpful but not over bearing. He answered our questions and listened to our needs. I liked that he gave us time alone to discuss what we wanted and waited until we needed him again before he stepped in. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you
