I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Lesley in the Birkenshaw, Uddingston store. Her knowledge was second to none and she was very friendly and attentive. In these current challenging times she made us feel at ease and very comfortable. She provided lots of options in terms of our needs and budget.

Liked the 3D profiling of my body, to confirm my choice of bed. Mis-sold the wrong mattress at a competitor's shop. Dionne very efficient with her knowledge.

Kathleen was extremely helpful in helping me pick a frame and mattress that was best for me, she was also very informitive.

I have been suffering with problems regarding my back and decided to look for a new mattress for my bed. I have been to other stores to look at Mattresses, but because I was looking just for a mattress they did not appear too interested in me. When I went to the Dreams store in Uddingston it was a whole different attitude, I made an appointment on-line for the machine used to check the type of mattress most suited to my needs which I was very impressed with. The shop assistant Dionne then advised the suitability of the beds that came into the range that I needed and I tried a few. I was spoiled for choice with the various mattresses available and the pricing. Having tried so many I asked for a bit of time to make my mind up and Dionne said to try them again and left me to make my choice which I appreciated because I hate anyone hovering over me when I want to make a decision. Having made my decision Dionne discussed with me how I wished to pay and advised of the other items I could purchase pillows etc. I made my choice paid for my mattress and I am now looking forward to receiving my goods in the not too distant future.
