As first time buyers for our new house .. we came into store looking to purchase a bed and mattress but had no idea what we were looking for or infact which mattress would best suit our needs .. Katrina was exceptional and came to assist us. She spoke through everything and let us try out the sleep machine to see which mattress best suited us both she then spent the time talking us through all the different mattresses available to us and which would be best. She spoke through everything with regards to the finance part of things and for this we cannot thank her enough.. she made this stress free and a lovely first experience so thank you again Katrina we are very grateful for your assistance.
