We booked an appointment for the bed scanner, we arrived early and was seen early. Katrina was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. We were shown 3 beds that were suitable to our needs, we were given plenty of time to try out the beds and were left to discuss our preferred options whilst katrina made us tea/coffee. On choosing katsina helped us through the options ie drawers, headboard etc, we then paid a large deposit and applied for finance on acceptance we chose the duvet, pillows, protector base sheet etc. Katrina helped us through the whole purchase and managed our delivery date
