We were very pleased at the service we received from Dionne. She answered all our questions and took time explaining the best options for us when choosing our bed and mattress. We were given time to try out different mattresses with hygiene methods in place. Whilst deciding which bed to choose we were offered hot drinks or water. Placing the order and given options of finance to suit us was in a professional way and fully explained to us before we went ahead and relayed back to us before finalising.
