The whole experience was great. We had particular needs which were meet and exceed by the lady that serviced us. The only down side to the whole visit was the length of delivery time on the first choice mattress but it was resolved by choosing another with the help of the assistant who was great

I got great service and the advisor helped.me find the best mattress using the sleep match machine. I was shown all the various types of beds available in the range I was looking for and guided through the process of choosing a mattress, also being provided with tips for better support when sleeping.
