Kathleen was at the entrance and welcomed us to the store in a friendly courteous manner. She was wearing a visor and showed us the sanitising station, which. as a nurse, I was pleased to see use was encouraged and was an automatic dispensing unit. She also explained the Sleepmatch Unit which I used. Kathleen provided disposable paper for a pillow and mattress when lying down to test. There was such a variety of mattress which without her knowledge would have been impossible to navigate. Excellent service without a hint of hard selling and I was given plenty of time to decide on purchase. I was approached by Ashley who offered to help me, and I very much appreciated that she was not pushy and didn't pressure me into anything. Ashley spoke to me about what I was looking for and made some suggestions based on that, and suggested I try the analysing machine. She showed me a wide range of products but didn't pressure me into makeing any extra purchases on the day or push me into spending over my budget, which is something that made me very uncomfortable in other shops. Overall it was a great experience and I left feeling confident I'd been supported to making the right purchase.
