We were assisted by Sales Advisor Lesley at the Uddingston store. Her advice and product knowledge was fantastic and really helped my husband and I to choose the right product for us. There was no pressure to buy and instead the visit was relaxed and very friendly, all staff were attentive and also interacted well with our 2 kids.

Hi There We were assisted by a lady called ( AUNT SALLY ) Katrina / Dionne , that was her nick name , I found that to be really amusing , the lady was fantastic in every step of the way , she didn`t push us on for a sale , we looked at the product and when we ready the lady then approached us when we asked for help in eventually buying the bed and tv combined , the first thing the lady aunt sally offered was a coffee for myself and a tea or water to my wife , if my wife is made welcome then I am happy to do business , the lady then showed the bed in question and all it`s usefulness , we then discussed the price , delivery , etc also I was offered the delivery guys to build the bed and also the insurance policy for the bed , of which we took both parts , also the speed of the delivery for the bed was great , it was like 7 days later , the lady also arranged it to be delivered on my day off , so I wouldn`t have to take a day off for delivery . I can assure you that I will be back to purchase another 2 beds for my kids , just because of the way my wife and I were treated by this lady , p/s we had some laugh , it was great yours Steven n Libby Black.
