My fiancé & I were both highly satisfied particularly because of the lovely lady Kathleen who took so much time showing us and explaining all the products. We came in for a mattress as we both weren’t sleeping great & left with a tempura mattress, some tempura pillows, a sleep protector & we were left ‘ beducated’. Kathleen was so friendly & made it all very easy for us! It didn’t feel like a sales pitch as she was so genuine, caring & funny! Thanks so much Kathleen we are buzzing for our new mattress to be delivered.
