My husband and I were totally satisfied with the service we received from Sheryl at the Birkenshaw store. We experienced the sleep and mattress fitting. It was amazing to understand the scores and what would suit us best. We were offered water and a hot drink while our order was placed. I definitely would recommend the store to family and friends.

The visit was great we used the machine to pick the best mattress for us and the server was great with help and knowledge of products we needed

I found the product I was looking for, I was provided with the information that I needed and tested the mattress. Member of staff was helpful and showed me options and offers.

when we arrived at the store we were greeted by a lovely young lady called Dionne. I told her what type and size of bed we wanted and she took us through several options until we found the bed we wanted. at no time was there any pressure on us to select any product she just took us through all the options that were open to us,then we selected with her help and knowledge the bed we wanted.

I was greeted cordially by Kathleen who helped me tremedously. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very knowledgable and after explaing the various advantages of the different types of matresses, she left me to try them out at my leisure. Once I had decided on my purchase she was at hand immediately. I was offered a comfortable chair behind a perspex screen and a cup of lovely coffee whilst completing the sale and making arrangements re delivery and disposal of my present matress. Overall I enjoyed the experience and felt like a very valued customer.

We had visited a few times over last few months trying to decide what bed to pick! Each time all the girls in the shop were very helpful and great with our 5 & 3 year olds They gave us good information about beds and mattresses and options to consider!

Very happy with the sales assistant, he helped me decide fairly quickly without pressuring me which mattresses would be suitable and told me to take all the time i needed. I was on and off 3 separate in all different sleeping positions about 4 times and this was not a problem at all. When it came to paying for my goods i was offered a cup of tea or coffee which i thought was a lovely touch, there was no rush. I decided once i bought my mattress i wanted fresh pillows and a duvet and it was a nice suprise i got this half price as i had bought the mattress. Because of this i asked about a cooling mattress topper which the sales assistant gave me a very good deal on which i was more than happy with. Very friendly staff and the shop was immaculate. Great experience.

I was served by a young girl, short dark hair I think her name was Katrina. Very helpful, used the shiny Sleepmatch machine to choose my mattress. She knew her stuff and helped me decide. Would definitely recommend Katrina
