The staff member Alex was first class in taking us through the assessment of need procedure and through the options available arising from that. This including testing optional mattresses and pillows associated with our measured needs. The overall service and explanation from Alex was First class

From the moment we entered the shop to our exit we were impressed by the staff (Leslie) which helped us choose the right product without stressing us to make the sale. The Lady was very knowledgeable about the products and to the questions we put to her. We probably spent more than we had budgeted but the mattress we bought if not the best it's surely up un the top 5. Overall a pleasant shopping trip.
