Ashley was really lovely and took the time to get to know us and help us find a bed frame and mattress that suited our needs. Ashley was not overly pushy in regards to trying to get a sale. We picked the bed frame and mattress on the Saturday and returned to the store on the Sunday to go through the order process and Ashley still remembered our names which shows she actually listened to us and it made the experience feel even more personal

The sales assistant Ashley was very knowledgeable about all the products and answered all our questions about the type of mattress which was matched to our needs. She was also very helpful about types of pillows which were suitable and we were able to test these also which was very useful - to try before you buy. Ashley was very customer focused and demonstrated her wide knowledge of the company and its products during our visit.
