Lesley (sales assistant) was kind and knowledgable. She spent time chatting to my 4 year old son and took time to understand what he was saying (his speech can be difficult to understand). She had the perfect balance of allowing us to browse and giving us advice re mattresses etc. She also told us about discounts available when buying mattress cover and protection.
