She had the perfect balance of allowing us to browse and giving us advice re mattresses etc. She also told us about discounts available when buying mattress cover and protection.

The store was well organised with clear signs advising what we had to do due to CO-VID. We had a look around and was approached by Ashley asking if she could provide any help which she did. Ashley was very knowledgeable, asked us specific questions on what we were looking for also talking us through your Sleepmatch system prior to using this to identify the type of mattresses that suited both my wife and myself. We then tried the various mattress types suggested by Sleepmatch, eventually choosing the Tempur Cooltouch Sensation Elite 25 SK Mattress and a Superking ottoman bed. We were very pleased and satisfied with our purchase with the fantastic help from Ashley.
