Ashley was very knowledgeable, asked us specific questions on what we were looking for also talking us through your Sleepmatch system prior to using this to identify the type of mattresses that suited both my wife and myself. We then tried the various mattress types suggested by Sleepmatch, eventually choosing the Tempur Cooltouch Sensation Elite 25 SK Mattress and a Superking ottoman bed. We were very pleased and satisfied with our purchase with the fantastic help from Ashley.

The moment you enter the store you are made to feel welcome. There was hand sanitiser and the staff were all wearing face coverings. The sales assistant Kathleen was very helpful, knowledgeable and able to advise me on the right bed for me. Also as a regular customer, the store manager, Julie, recognised me and again took the time to welcome me and make me feel at ease in the store.
