Dreams - Uddingston

I was looking for a mattress for my seven year old daughter. On arrival, Lesley asked me about my requirements/budget and then presented a few options to me. I did not feel under any pressure to follow through with a sale (which can be off putting in many stores). She had a good understanding of the type of mattress I was after and once I found the one I placed an order. Very straight forward process with no hassle. Delivery is slightly longer than I originally hoped but under these circumstances I am willing to wait.

I had previously been to the store to accompany my daughter when she had purchased a mattress. I was very satisfied and so impressed with the service provided by the member of staff, Lesley, at the store that I never even thought about going anywhere else when I was looking for a bed. Lesley provided a great level of support and service again making the selection and purchase an easy process

The whole experience from entering the store attentive sales assistant she explained and help very satisfactory she answered all my questions to my satisfaction I have used dreams before and would use dreams again and I do recommend dreams to family and friends thank you Elizabeth Reilly
