Lesley took great care and time explain everything to all of myself and my partner during our visit to the store. Getting us on the sleepmatch then explain all the different types of mattresses on offer as well as bed frames etc. She provided us with plenty of PPE whenever the paper tore up and did a great job hosting our visit offering us drinks and time to think on our own.

I was extremely pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of Kathleen, when attending to my needs within the store. I run my own company where excellent customer service is paramount and to have similar, if not better service from Kathleen was refreshing.
