We had a great service at the Uddingston store with Lesley. She spent a lot of time with us explaining the difference between matresses and let us try as many as we wanted. She was friendly and not putting us under any pressure to make a purchase. We actually left the store to have a wee think and discuss and came back an hour later to buy our new mattress. Lesley Store Assistant spent time going over lots of products with us. There was no pressure to buy however with her knowledge we felt confident purchasing our new mattress

We had a great experience at Dreams, this was our first store we visited and bought our new bed. The staff were brilliant, all team members were polite and catered for our needs. The variety in store was brilliant. Trying the beds was a little strange!! Will definitely be back in the future.

I spoke to Alex who volunteered information regarding the machine that your requirements are input to and it recommends the type of bed you need. Alex was very courteous and knowledgeable, the mattress I liked was more than I wad hoping to pay so I told him I would think about it. I went for a coffee and went back to shop to order, Alex came back over to see me and put my order through no problem. what I liked was there was no pressure to buy instantly and time given to think it over. If you have an employee of the month scheme I would like to recommend Alex for that scheme. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams or Alex to any future buyers.

I was not pressured by staff. The member of staff who did assist me was friendly, understanding and knowledgeable . She took time to explain things to me and made several suggestions that I found very helpful and assisted me in my choice of purchase. Not only will I make future purchases at Dreams, I have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends. Overall, a very professional and pleasant experience.
