We were given the opportunity to use a machine that basically told us precisely what mattress we needed. After this we were given several options and had the highest confidence in picking our mattress. Alex, so helped us, was very knowledgeable and not at all persistent which was greatly appreciated.

Staff were highly attentive. Other stores we went to the staff didn't even approach us, but dreams staff were more than happy to approach and help us out.

Our Customer Adviser was fantastic!! We were shopping for a mattress for my 11 year old son and she put him at ease with the new Covid protocols and listened to his opinions on the mattresses he was trying and managed to get him one he loved taking into account my budget. Would totally recommend.
