Alex and his colleague Julie, uddingston store were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and picked out a suitable date for delivery. Alex explained the delivery process and we were happy with the early than expected delivery date. Have recommended to our daughter to buy her new mattress from Dreams.

Our Customer Adviser was fantastic!! We were shopping for a mattress for my 11 year old son and she put him at ease with the new Covid protocols and listened to his opinions on the mattresses he was trying and managed to get him one he loved taking into account my budget. Would totally recommend.

Alex was very helpful and knows his beds. This is a large purchase and we were never under any pressure. We were in the store for about 1 hour and we asked Alex countless questions as we had a few doubts. Alex handled these in a professional manner. Store adhered to all social distancing guidelines which made us feel re assured. Would I buy another bed from Alex. Most definitely. We also purchased 2 fabulous Tempur pillows. So far 2 amazing nights sleep. Can’t wait for our new Flaxby bed to arrive. I’m counting the sleeps already.
